Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective April 1, 2026

Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. To cancel, email info@ascensionstrategy.solutions or call (888) 688-9028 with your booking confirmation details.

Cancellation Fee

All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers scheduling, preparation, and processing costs associated with your session.

Refund Processing

All refunds are subject to approval by Ascension Strategy Solutions LLC. Approved refunds will be processed through Square within 72 hours of cancellation notice. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Summary: Cancel at least 48 hours before your session. A $50 cancellation fee applies. Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours via Square.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session without prior notice, are not eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies happen — if you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no additional cost provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your original session time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session are subject to the cancellation fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once. A second reschedule will be treated as a cancellation.

Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days at info@ascensionstrategy.solutions. We take client satisfaction seriously and will review your concern promptly. Refunds for completed sessions are issued at our discretion.

Coupon & Discounted Sessions

Refunds for sessions booked with a coupon or promotional discount will be based on the amount actually paid, not the original session price. The $50 cancellation fee still applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@ascensionstrategy.solutions with your name, booking confirmation, and reason for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within one business day.

Changes to This Policy

Ascension Strategy Solutions LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to your transaction.
