- Communications: Content of emails, messages, or other communications you send to us
- Voice Conversations: Transcripts of voice assessment conversations conducted through our AI-powered Durability Score advisor
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Session Data: Temporary identifiers to maintain your session while using our sites
- Server Logs: IP address, browser type, and pages requested, retained for security and troubleshooting
We do not use third-party analytics services or tracking technologies.

We use Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland) for transactional emails. Proton Mail provides end-to-end encryption and operates under Swiss privacy law.

We use Square to process payments. Your payment card information is provided directly to Square and is never stored on our servers. Square is PCI-DSS compliant.
4.3 AI and Automation Tools
We use artificial intelligence tools, including Anthropic's Claude API, to enhance our services. This includes generating assessment analysis, scoring operational health, and creating personalized recommendations. Assessment conversations are processed by AI to generate your Durability Score results. We do not share personally identifiable information with AI providers — conversations are processed using anonymized session identifiers.
4.4 Video Conferencing
Strategy sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing. Meeting links are provided in your booking confirmation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in delivering our services (as described above)
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process

- Server Logs: Retained for 90 days
